Join us on Monday May 20th as Buck Showalters O’s take on their rival the Yankees. We will start the day at 5pm at Cowboys & Rednecks. This new bar in the heart of Federal Hill is famous for its BBQ and electric pre-Orioles game atmosphere. Enjoy an all you can drink and eat buffet for an hour before the opening pitch.

After your belly’s are full we will head over to Camden Yards for an epic battle. In a rematch of last season’s playoffs, this game will be nothing short of exciting. This will be the first game of the season for these two playoffs contenders to square off. Join us!

The day will start, like all great Football Sundays, at Mothers Grille in Federal Hill at 9 AM with a one-hour all you can eat gourmet brunch, chased down by bottomless pitchers of Mimosa’s and Bloody Mary’s. At 10 AM we will board the party bus to head down to Landover, MD to tailgate for 2 hours before Kickoff. Don’t lose your buzz…this party is BYOB (beer), BYOL (liquor), or BYOMHL (Mike’s Hard Lemonaide)

From there, you will be provided lunch and a ticket to the “Battle of the Beltway” as the 2011 AFC North Champions take on “No Pressure No Diamonds” Robert Griffin III and the Redskins. In their last meeting, the Ravens won 24-10 with rookie Joe Flacco against a rebuilding Redskins team. This game should come down to the wire with the Number 2 overall Draft pick seeing his first “Battle of the Beltway!”

Enjoy a day loaded with drinks, laughs, and of course, bullets. Marvilent is hosting a gun range trip and brewery tour that Dirty Harry himself wouldn’t want to miss!

Meet us at West Street Garage to board the adventure bus and chow down on bagels and donuts on the ride to Prince Georges County Trap & Skeet. After arriving at the gun range you will have the opportunity to “clip up” with 25 rounds for a shotgun of your choosing. Each additional clip is only $10. Don’t worry, no experience is necessary to participate, the professional staff is there to assist you. After the range we’ll have a picnic in the park where various gourmet sandwiches will be provided and bragging to others about your marksmanship is optional, but highly encouraged.

After lunch, we will go to Heavy Seas Brewery for a tour of the facility, and more importantly for the 5 chips they will provide to sample handcrafted beers after the tour. We will then arrive home at 4 PM with your gun range shells, beer glass, and a story about the manliest day of your life.

We will start with a brief lesson on the history of sushi so you can more than impress others at your next cocktail hour. The Master Sushi Chef will then demonstrate the art of sushi rolling. With steady hands and an open-mind, you will have the opportunity to roll a variety of sushi rolls and learn an array of Japanese cutting techniques. After you’ve worked up an appetite, enjoy 2 Maki Rolls, 2 Nigiri Rolls, Edamame, and Miso Soup. Sip on some sake and a non-alcoholic beverage to complete this Far Eastern experience.

Before you leave this unique endeavor, Marvilent will reward you with a sushi-rolling mat so you can take your expertise on the road. When you finally get tired of impressing the masses with your sushi skills, come on back to RA Sushi and use your lunch voucher to compare notes!

At 11 am we will kick off our Sunday Funday at Banditos Restaurant, a recently welcomed addition to Federal Hill, for a mouth watering Mexican inspired brunch. Enjoy an exclusive fiesta including eggs, pancakes and gourmet sandwiches. Be sure to pair it with Banditos signature Sangria, Bloody Mary, or Mimosa! ARIBA!

Once our bellies are full, we will board our Luxury Bus and head for Dejon Vineyards. Dejon, Baltimore County’s newest vineyard, offers an intimate setting on a conserved farmland and a plethora of homegrown wines to wet your palate. We will take a guided tour of the vineyard to learn about the delectable wines that are conceived from the locally grown grapes. Of course, it wouldn’t be a wine tour without a tasting of Dejon’s fine wines!

After indulging in all Dejon has to offer, we will board the Luxury Bus again with Boordy Vineyards as our final destination. Here you will be free to take part in a wine sampling of Boordy’s diverse offerings as well as be educated on the evolution of their wines. Later, we will board the bus and take you back to our meeting spot.

From indulging in fine Mexican cuisine, exploring Maryland Vineyards, to mingling with fellow Marvilent enthusiasts, this is a Sunday you will not forget!
